Playing facilities:

The Pepsi Softball Centre is located at 75 Range Road Whitehorse, Yukon and boasts a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The softball facilities are located approximately seven minutes by vehicle from all hotels and walking distance from Yukon College.

Diamonds:

There are two major softball diamonds where all games will be played.

It is light almost 24 hours in Yukon during the month of June so lights are not required for evening play! Teams can warm up on a designated field next to the competition diamonds.

Accommodation

Teams will be accommodated at Yukon College, less than a kilometer from the playing fields. The brand new apartment residence was built in 2007 and will be home to the teams during the tournament.

Meals:

Food services will be the responsibility of the Host Committee from June 18th until June 30th.

Meals will be at the Yukon College in the building adjacent to the residence. This facility had considerable experience feeding athletes and has fed 1500 at a time with great reviews. Both hot and cold meals will be provided.

Meal times will be as follows- breakfast from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, lunch from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and dinner 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
